  • Welcome to public health physio

Nothing that you read should be considered professional or medical advice. This is for entertainment purposes only. Sharing studies is not endorsment, you should read the articles yourself. Everything I post is my own views and opinions unless otherwise stated. I don’t represent anybody, nor am I sponsored. I do not know better than everybody. I simply enjoy reading research and discussing different topics.

I have a masters degree in physiotherapy and am currently a masters student in public health. I am also co-author on an article about sprint interval training for elderly and its effects on heartratevariablity.

I have 16 years of experience as a traditional cross-country skiier and also a runner (everything from 3k to ultramarathon). I have 10 years of gym experience and I have also been a gym trainer for seven years. But I am not competing nowadays. I am simply exercising everyday, alternating between cardiovascular exercise and strength training combined with general physical activity.

The purpose of this webb page/blog is to encourage discussions around different topics that I find intetersting. You can also follow me on instagram at publichealthphysio.
